Walking

We Are Walking

I have been on holiday last week. It was really nice to have some time off and , no, we were not away. We have been doing daytrips. And we have been doing a lot of walking. Walking is very good for you. Not only that it helps keep the circulation going, it is also very good for your mental health. I've heard that it helps the thoughts flow when you are walking while having an argument. You are supposed to come to a conclusion or compromise far easier with the person you are arguing and walking with. I don't how true that is because I've never tried it but it might be worth while.

So one day we went to Bournemouth, walking from the pier towards Poole. It was really nice, the sun was shining and the sea was calm. It is very good, walking bare feet in wet sand. We were walking 15 653 steps. The next day we went up Roundway Hill to Netherstreet Farm and back the same way. This was 22 096 steps. I was wearing walking boots but my toes felt really bruised and sore when we came home after 5 hours. I took my shoes off and thought that was it but at night I couldn't sleep because my toes were still hurting so much.

That is where Homoeopathy came in. One dose of Ledum sorted my feet out and my sleep was restored. The next day we went to Clifton. This was 13 736 steps and even though it was a bit uncomfortable on my toes towards the end, it was fine as soon as I took my shoes off. No problems with sleep either, so Ledum was still helping.

Where would I be without Homoeopathy? If you want to get the benefit of Homoeopathy as well, please contact me on 07813 195468. Looking forward to hear from you, and maybe you like to go for a walk.
