My favorite remedies......... Part 3

I think the remedy I love most is Gelsemium.  This wonderful bush with the little yellow flowers which flower on the naked stem in the middle of winter is such a joy to see in the garden when everything else is bare and grey.

And it is also a comfort as a homoeopathic remedy. I use it when I suffer from a cold and left sided headaches but it is also good for fear when I'm going to the dentist. In fact it is not only good for fear of the dentist, Gelsemium is also excellent for nervous dread for appearing in public and lack of courage.

I have used it many times over the years and it is always a comfort.... like the little yellow flower on a grey winter day.
