Taking Matters In Hand
The recent storm, keeping in mind that there is another one blowing away already, has shown that we urgently need to do something about caring for the environment. Avoiding waste, re-use, recycle what we cannot re-use or avoid producing waste is keynote here. Using less or seeking alternatives is important. Repair cafes are a good idea. For my part I'm taking my glass milk bottle back to the butchers to be refilled with organic milk after washing at home when I'm doing the washing up anyway. I also use shops where I can fill my own containers and I have been making my own face cream for years now, always using the same washed out containers. No plastic bag or container goes to landfill in my household and in the garden we have a big compost heap which gets used on the beds again the next year. Last year we bought a soda stream and single use plastic water bottles are things of the past as well. My bins are almost empty every week when the dust cart is coming to pick them up. Last week I even didn't bother to put them out. There was no reason.
Another way of caring for the environment as well as caring for yourself, is using Homoeopathy. This is a very powerful, but gentle kind of natural medicine which only uses minute doses of substance from minerals and from the plant and animal kingdom. The production of Homoeopathic remedies has only a minimal impact on the environment and in Germany there is still a company who produces the medicine entirely manually. Even though they have an expiry date on the bottles (this is required by law), they never really go out of date and I still have remedies which are 20 years old and still working safely. Using only minimal doses of a substance means that the source goes a long way and there is less environmental impact when drawing on them. Homoeopathy boosts your immune system in a natural way which means that you are not producing any toxic waste either. So why not care for yourself and the environment? If you want to know a bit more about homoeopathy and how it can help you, or to book an appointment, contact me on 07813 195468. No matter what your health problem is, Homoeopathy has always an answer.
