Be Prepared!
When we will come out of lock down, which we hope will be soon, you should be prepared with a strong immune system. Boosting your immune system is not too difficult.
There is a lot you can do at home, even during lock down, to get your immune system into shape. Eat as healthily as you can but make sure that you don't eat too much fat because that will overload the liver with work and will keep it from doing its everyday tasks. There should be lots of fresh fruit and vegetables in your diet.
You can also use cold showers at the end of your warm shower. Start with just arms and legs, to strengthen your immune system. It is actually enough to have cold water on your face. This will make it difficult for viruses to lodge in your throat, and is a suitable method for even the people who are not so brave to have cold water on their arms and legs.
You can also walk bare foot on a nice piece of grass. This can be in your garden or even on your daily walk. Just make sure that you don't step into something unpleasant.
