All sniffles and cough

Cough, Sneeze And Sniffles

It is November and it is cold and wet. The ideal time for Cough, Sneeze and Sniffles. No, they are not gnomes even though you can hear them being around in town. In this corner there is Cough, at the bend there was just Sniffles and I nearly missed Sneeze who was outside in the rain. They are everywhere and really hard to miss.

There are a few thing you can do to keep safe from them and hope for the best. Eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, kale is one of my favorites at the moment. It is also advisable to end your hot shower with a quick cold one. A good, long nights sleep is usually a good thing to keep them at bay and the nights are still getting longer so you have every possibility for one. Getting out and about into the fresh air will help as well, and the added bonus would be some sunshine. Even if it is raining you should get out, just wear appropriate clothing.

So far, I was lucky to miss out on them but I have Homoeopathy to help me out. If you want any help, just give me a call on 07813 195468. But some people say that catching the rascals might help to lose a bit of weight before Christmas.
